We were out in the garden doing SO MANY THINGS!! How awesome is that? but here is whats even more awesome-r..
We picked 3 radishes. Gave the 1st one to Diane's parents and ate the other two. they had a nice mild flavor. We had a few seedlings that had sprouted, so the ones that were picked - we replaced back in the earth box.
Diane made a nasturtium pesto and added our radishes to our salads. I can't wait till our garden can sustain 75% of what we have on our plates.
